Bangladesh Railway (BR) launches dedicated call center

The Bangladesh Railway (BR) has launched a dedicated call center to enhance passenger service and support from Tuesday (September 10)

From now on, any service seeker will be able to call by dialing 131 from any phone number to get information, services, and assistance related to railway operations, read a media release signed by Mohammad Nahid Hasan Khan, director (public relations) of the BR.

The introduction of this call centre is aimed at providing more efficient and accessible support to the public.

The BR authorities encourage users to provide valuable feedback and suggestions to help refine and improve the service.
