Senior law enforcement officials met with Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Niaz Ahmed Khan on Sunday regarding the murder of Shahriar Alam Shammo, a student at DU's Institute of Education and Research, saying police will soon submit their investigation report.
Present at the meeting were DU Proctor Saifuddin Ahmed, Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Ramna Division Deputy Commissioner (DC) Masud Alam, Assistant Police Commissioner (Patrol) Md Amzad Hossain, and Shahbagh police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Khalid Mansur.
