With the slogan "Nirapad Sarak Samriddha Desh, Sobar Age Bangladesh" (Safe roads lead to a prosperous country, Bangladesh comes first), a vibrant rally and assembly were organized by the Bogura district committee of Nirapad Sarak Chai (NISCHA) on National Safe Road Day. Today at 10:30 AM, the rally—led by Hasan Ali Alal, President of NISCHA Bogura District Committee—traversed the main thoroughfares of the town. Leaders and activists of the organization actively participated in the rally, highlighting various awareness messages to prevent road accidents and increase public consciousness.
Following the rally, a brief assembly took place at Satmatha, the heart of the city. The event was attended by the Deputy Commissioner of Bogura, Md. Tofiqur Rahman, as the Chief Guest. Special Guests included Additional Superintendent of Police (Traffic) Md. Atoar Rahman and Additional Superintendent of Police (Highway) Delwar Hossain. District leaders of NISCHA urged the administration, law enforcement agencies, transport stakeholders, and the general public to work together to build safe roads. They also expressed their commitment to continuing awareness activities to maintain discipline on the roads and save human lives.
