A two-day program titled ‘Branch Organizational Capacity to Act (BOCA 2.0)’ has begun in Bogura, aimed at enhancing the organizational capacity and formulating an action plan for the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society's Bogura Unit.
The event, organized on Wednesday (November 4, 2026), featured Md. Rezaul Karim Badsha, Member of Parliament for the Bogura-6 (Sadar) constituency and Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Housing and Public Works, as the chief guest.
The program was presided over by the Deputy Commissioner of Bogura, Md. Towfikur Rahman.
AKM Touhidul Alam Mamun, Senior Joint General Secretary of Bogura District BNP; Shahidul Nabi Salam, Organizational Secretary of District BNP; and Shahadat Hossain, Member Secretary of the Red Crescent Bogura Unit and Treasurer of Bogura District BNP, were present as special and invited guests.
Organized in coordination with the Planning and Development Department of the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, the core theme of the program has been set as: "From Analysis to Action Plan: Identifying Capacities and Limitations, and Defining the Future Path."
The two-day program will continue through November 4 and 5.
