Qatar Charity provides sacrificial meat to Rohingya refugees, ophans, and widows

Qatar Charity (QC), an international Charity organization,  implemented its 'Qurbani Program' in Bangladesh that benefitted at least 46,000 needy people including Rohingya Refugees, orphans, and widows. 
It has distributed sacrificial meat from 17 places in the country aiming to enhance the principle of solidarity and compassion, said a press realese issued by QC Dhaka office on Sunday. 
Dr. Mohammad Amin Hafiz Omar, Country Director of the Bangladesh office, led the distribution program from the Bhairab orphan care center in Kishoreganj.
The representatives of the Qatar Charity Bangladesh office were present at every place to deliver the sacrificial meat to the beneficiaries.
Government officials also participated in many places to inaugurate tdistribution program. They welcomed the initiative taken by Qatar Charity for poor communities. This year, QC had a special effort for the Rohingya refugees relocated to Bhasanchar island from Cox’s Bazar. Despite the extremely bad weather conditions, a number of boats of Qatar Charity loaded with 150 cattle to sacrifice reached Bhasanchar Island before Eid Day and it brought joy to 29,836 refugees on Eid Day.
