Protest and Strong Condemnation by Nilphamari Government College Chhatra Dal Against Malicious Propa

Nilphamari has turned volatile in protest against Chhatra Shibir staging dramas of forced disappearance and abduction to insult the actual victims of enforced disappearance, systematically blaming the government online, and spreading baseless propaganda involving Chhatra Dal leaders and activists in heinous crimes, including rape and violence against women. Expressing intense anger over this malicious propaganda, Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Chhatra Dal, Nilphamari Government College unit, organized a massive protest rally and demonstration on Sunday (June 14) at noon on the college premises.

Local top leaders of the organization and general students participated in this protest program holding banners on the college campus. Mozammel Haque Mozam, General Secretary of Nilphamari District Chhatra Dal; Payeluzzaman Roksi, Convenor of Nilphamari Government College Chhatra Dal; Firoz Ahmed Saikat, Senior Joint Convenor; Raisul Islam Rana, Member Secretary; and Saikat Rahman, Senior Joint Convenor of Sadar Upazila Chhatra Dal, among other leaders and activists of the college and local Chhatra Dal, were present to express their solidarity with the program.

Speaking at the rally, the leaders of the organizing body, Nilphamari Government College Chhatra Dal, issued a stern warning, stating that a specific vested quarter is systematically spreading fabricated propaganda on social media and online platforms to reap political benefits and tarnish the long-standing image and reputation of Chhatra Dal, which will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The speakers further added that Nilphamari Government College Chhatra Dal remains prepared to hit the streets in the coming days to give a fitting reply to such filthy propaganda and conspiracies. At the same time, they demanded that those involved in this propaganda be swiftly brought under legal proceedings and given exemplary punishment. In conclusion, the protest rally ended with a commitment to maintain a healthy and safe political environment on campus and a call to uphold the ideals of Chhatra Dal.
