A group of youths from Shakharia Union joined the National Citizen Party (NCP) by presenting a flower bouquet to A. M. Z. Shahriar, the party's candidate for Bogura Sadar Upazila Chairman. Both the NCP leader and the newly joined members claimed that they were local BNP supporters from the area.
The youths who joined include Mohammad Mahabur, Anar Hossain, Abdur Razzak, Shamim Hossain, Sekandar Ali, Mohammad Masud, and several others from the Chalitabari area of Shakharia Union in Bogura Sadar.

According to the press release, the event took place this evening (November 6) during a yard meeting organized by the National Citizen Party (NCP) at Anisar's premises in Chalitabari, Shakharia Union. Following a speech by A. M. Z. Shahriar—the NCP candidate for Bogura Sadar Upazila Chairman, Central Assistant Organizational Secretary of Jatiya Chhatra Shakti (Rajshahi Division), and Convenor of Bogura District—a group of BNP supporters presented him with a bouquet and joined the NCP. During the event, they expressed their commitment to working towards strengthening the party.
The event was also attended by Sadar Upazila NCP Convenor Faruk Prang, Member Secretary Sifat Khan, Bogura City Chhatra Shakti Convenor Ajmir Hasan, Senior Joint Convenor Shahriar Shimanto, and Senior Joint Member Secretary Mahmudunnabi Maruf, among others.
