Senior Vice President Golam Mustafa Khan was present as the chief guest. special guest Kushtia Press Club President Al Mamun Sagar, General Secretary Anisuzzaman Dablo, Kushtia Editors Forum President Sheikh Mojibul Haque, Kushtia Journalist Union President Abdur Razzak Bachchu. In the event, a one-time check of Tk 4,80,000 was given to his wife, Nominee Mocha Rupali Khatun, for the 10-year pension claim of late journalist Abdul Mannan, an insurance customer. Apart from this, a cheque of one lakh four thousand three hundred and thirty three taka was paid to Rozina Khatun, the wife of late Hasem Ali, the insurance of Parankhali village of Bheramara upazila, for the claim of her husband's death.
