Leaders and activists of BNP and its associate organizations have staged a massive peace rally in Nilphamari against the anarchy of the banned organization Awami League. Today, June 23 (Tuesday) at noon, a procession brought out from the district BNP office paraded various roads of the town. Later, the rally returned to the party office premises in Pourashava Bazar and culminated in a protest meeting. The meeting was addressed by Raviul Alam Robbu, Acting President of District Jubo Dal, Maruf Parvez Prince, President of District Chhatra Dal, Morshed Azam, Convenor of District Swechchhasebak Dal, Shihabuzzaman Shihab, Member Secretary of District Swechchhasebak Dal, and Shahzada Mukti, President of District Tanti Dal.
Speaking at the rally, the speakers said that centering the founding anniversary of the banned Awami League on June 23, the leaders and activists of the banned party are planning to create fresh anarchy and chaos across the country. We want to state clearly that if any attempt is made to destroy the peaceful environment of Nilphamari or to create any kind of chaos, no one will be spared. The leaders and activists remain ever-ready on the streets to thwart the conspiracies of fascism at any cost.
